Our Core Purpose

This is the anticipated outcome for all children and families upon completion.

The Child

Children will be happy, independent, confident and have high self-esteem. They will be kept safe, learn healthy habits and have high well-being. They will build new positive relationships with other people. They will be effective learners, be challenged in their learning and participate in new experiences building their knowledge and acquiring new skills. They are brave and resilient, curious and imaginative.

Family and Community

Families will have a sense of being supported and belonging to a community. Family relationships are valued and strengthened. Parents have high aspirations for their families. They begin to understand and are involved in their child’s learning and development and know how to keep their children safe and teach them healthy habits.  Parents have respect for their own lives, beliefs and those of others. They have a high sense of well- being, feel valued and empowered to contribute to society socially and economically. They are resilient.

WE PLAY
in ways that provide opportunities for exploration, creativity, thinking and challenge.

WE TALK
to communicate and express our thoughts, ideas and feelings.

WE LISTEN
attentively to others’ ideas and views, enjoying learning and responding to our world.

WE LEARN
